Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we offer a free collection service from the Dream Design warehouse in Christchurch, Dorset. Collection is available between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

We will contact you as soon as your items have arrived with us and you’ll be able to collect from our Christchurch warehouse straight away. When you are ready to collect, please provide your order number and a form of identification as proof of purchase.

  • Standard Delivery (courier) – this is a courier delivery service suitable for smaller furniture items, and most lighting & accessory items. This service does not include delivery into the property, assembly or unpacking. For larger items the driver may require assistance when unloading.
  • Platinum Delivery (white glove) * – The delivery team will deliver your items to your room of choice and remove all the packaging for you. If required, all items will be assembled by the delivery team. On-site installation is regrettably not available for lighting products or wall mounted goods such as, but not limited to shelving, mirrors, and pictures.

*Items that are in excess of 95kg and/or require delivery to the 1st floor or higher will incur additional surcharges, orders that include multiple large items may also incur additional surcharges – for large orders or orders that require delivery to the 1st floor or higher please contact our Customer Care Team by email by phone on 01425 600 273 so they can go over the details with you.

All items purchased that are in stock will be typically dispatched from our warehouse within 5-7 working days. If your goods are ‘made to order’, a production time estimate as shown on the product page will apply; an additional 2 weeks should be added to this for delivery from the brand to our warehouse.

For UK deliveries, your goods should typically arrive with you within 1-2 days if travelling by standard courier delivery or 2 weeks for our platinum delivery service.

Once the goods arrive in stock, a member of our team will contact you by email or by phone to agree a delivery date. Please note, if we have agreed a particular delivery date and time, but you are then out when the delivery team arrives, we will rearrange delivery, but an additional delivery charge may apply.

No. If you have ordered multiple items, these will be delivered to you in one consolidated delivery as soon as they all arrive in our warehouse. We may be able to split your order if some goods are needed before others, however additional charges may apply. The delivery services offered on our website assumes adequate access to the property. You are responsible for ensuring that the product you are ordering is of a size that can be delivered to your home.

If you have any questions or concerns about sizing, please contact us before placing your order. In some circumstances our delivery staff will complete a site survey at the delivery address to confirm whether or not delivery will be possible.

If we come to realise your order cannot be delivered due to access restrictions, you may request that the order be redelivered to an alternative address, to arrange this please contact us. Please note that you will be responsible for all costs of storage and redelivery to the alternative address provided by you.

No. All deliveries must be signed for unless you pre-arrange this with the courier at your own risk.
