Defined by deliberate irregularity, the Christine mirror by Fiam Italia introduces sculptural disruption into the language of symmetry. Designed by Helidon Xhixha and Dante O. Benini, its square silhouette is framed by 6mm-thick high-temperature melted glass, back-silvered to intensify depth and directional light. Each edge appears subtly warped—controlled deformation rendered permanent through heat.
At the centre, a 5mm flat mirror provides undistorted reflection and may be finished to match the frame upon request. Whether mounted horizontally or vertically, the piece exemplifies Fiam Italia’s command of engineered glass and its capacity to translate molten motion into architectural clarity.
