Suspended between mass and void, the Yin & Yang armchair by Riva1920 reveals a sculptural walnut frame that curves inwards to cradle the seat. Turned, joined, and sanded entirely by hand, the structure expresses an airy architecture of balance and negative space—rooted in geometric clarity.
The round, concave seat is upholstered in soft suede leather, its surface defined by visible stitching that follows the curve like a seam under tension. Crafted in Italy and finished in natural oils, the timber retains its tonal depth and tactility. A study in contrast—material, weight, and form—precisely composed.

Structure in solid walnut, turned, assembled and sanded completely by hand. The structure is continuous to join base and seat, which is made of round and concave multilayer, covered with leather Camoscio and with exposed stitching.
