A softened perimeter around a fixed reflection, the Pop mirror by Fiam Italia distorts the edge of glass into a sculptural fold. Designed by Marcel Wanders, its frame appears to ripple under pressure—recasting solid material as something fluid, tactile, and optically ambiguous. The form evokes a frozen gesture, where motion becomes contour.

Crafted from 6mm high-temperature fused glass, the frame is back-silvered in either bronze or smoked finishes. A flat 5mm central mirror offers true-colour clarity, with optional colour-matching available. Made in Italy, Pop merges conceptual lightness with technical precision—redefining glass as a medium for sculptural expression.

MATERIALS & DETAILS

The frame is made from 6 mm high-temperature fused glass, bronze back-silvered.

The central mirror is crafted from 5 mm flat glass. Standard version provides true colour reflection; customisation to match the frame finish is available upon request.

The rear frame is made from painted metal.

Additional Information

Heat forging can generate slight irregularities in the proximity of the decorations, distinguishing marks of the high-temperature fusion process that guarantee craftsmanship.
