How international delivery works
Most international orders are arranged with kerbside delivery, with installation handled locally by the client or project team. Depending on the destination, a full delivery and installation service can also be arranged.
International orders are not currently processed through online checkout. Instead, the team coordinates the shipment directly and prepares a quotation based on the destination, order size and required service level.
To request a shipping quotation, enter your delivery address in the shopping bag or at checkout and select Request a shipping quotation.

Delivery is quoted individually based on destination, order size and service level. Once the selection is confirmed, the team will provide a shipping quotation accordingly.
Duties, taxes and local import charges are not included and may be payable directly to the relevant customs authority.
Yes. Website prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT at 20%. If the delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, VAT is removed from the quotation and shown clearly on the invoice.
Most international deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, which vary by destination. These charges are usually payable directly to the local customs authority before delivery. Orders are shipped under Incoterms® 2020 on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once dispatched from the UK warehouse, typical transit times are:
-
Air freight: 1–2 weeks
-
Road freight (UK and Europe): 1–2 weeks
-
Sea freight: 4–6 weeks for larger or consolidated orders
The most suitable method will be recommended according to the destination and nature of the order.
