Designed by Antonio Citterio for Flexform, the Adda sofa captures a sculptural interplay of structure and softness. Its slender metal base, elevated on cast-aluminium feet, contrasts elegantly with deep goose-down cushions, upholstered in fine fabric or leather. Signature lengthwise stitching on the arm and back cushions introduces gentle creases that evolve over time, enhancing its lived-in character.

MATERIALS & DETAILS

The structure is crafted from metal and features a soft topper of polyurethane foam, which is covered with a protective laminated fabric for added durability. The seat cushions are filled with sterilised, Assopiuma-certified Gold Label goose down and include a crushproof insert of variable density material. Both the backrest and armrest consist of metal framing filled with moulded polyurethane padding and the same high-quality goose down. Optional backrest cushions are also available in this plush down. The feet are made of cast aluminium and come in various finishes like satin and glossy anthracite, resting on thermoplastic pads. The upholstery is conveniently removable and can be chosen in either fabric or leather options.
