Reinterpreting Flexform’s sculptural indoor classic for open-air living, the Alison outdoor armchair features a curved extruded aluminium frame finished in durable epoxy powder-coating. Its architectural silhouette is softened by a polyurethane rubber backrest, offered in earth-toned hues, bordeaux, or olive green—introducing tactile contrast and tonal depth to landscaped terraces or poolside lounges.

A marine plywood base ensures structural integrity, while cushions upholstered in Flexform’s performance textiles offer breathable comfort and weather resistance. Lightweight yet robust, Alison is designed for versatility across garden retreats or coastal terraces. Optional protective covers maintain its elegance through changing seasons.

MATERIALS & DETAILS

The structure is made of epoxy-powder-coated aluminium, available in a range of finishes including white 100, wine red 405, and khaki green 705, among others. The backrest is coated in eva foam, which comes in various colours like anthracite 7005 and bordeaux 7002. The seat is crafted from a compact laminated panel and features a cushion made of polyurethane foam, covered in a water-repellent laminated fabric. An optional backrest cushion offers added comfort with polyester fibre and water-repellent upholstery. The feet are made of thermoplastic material for longevity, and the upholstery comes in a removable fabric option. A waterproof cover is also available as an optional extra.
