The base of the bed is constructed from plywood, padded with polyurethane foam and covered in a protective laminated fabric for ultimate comfort. The headboard features the same plush foam padding and includes a burnished metal insert for added elegance. Resting on durable thermoplastic tips, the metal platform supports wooden slats for a solid foundation. While the headboard upholstery is non-removable, the bedframe upholstery offers the flexibility of being removable in both fabric and leather options. Please note that the slatted bed bases are supplied in two pieces.
