Defined by sculptural balance and modular scale, the Sway outdoor sofa by Molteni&C transforms teak, rope, and aluminium into a seamless architectural composition. A contoured seat rests on a solid teak platform, while curved aluminium backrests—woven in ecru polypropylene rope—introduce both ergonomic support and tonal contrast.
Designed by Yabu Pushelberg, the eleven-module system includes corner, chaise, and island elements, anchored by C-shaped aluminium terminals and low coffee tables with optional ceramic or tatami tops. Engineered for open-air durability and spatial adaptability, this sculptural modular sofa supports curated compositions across terraces, garden lounges, or elevated resort-scale environments.
