A triangulated void runs through the centre of the Delta Kauri coffee table by Riva1920, where resin inlays intersect ancient timber like glacial seams. Crafted from 50,000-year-old Kauri wood, the surface retains its live grain and rich tonal depth—anchored by a minimalist iron base that balances material weight with structural lightness.
Hand-finished in Italy, the solid wood top is bevelled and oiled to preserve both tactility and geological character. The resin inserts, transparent or smoked depending on finish, create a visual tension between permanence and precision—capturing Riva1920’s mastery of form, contrast, and architectural composition in small scale.

Top made by juxtaposing Kauri wood parts with resin inserts, which, put together, create dynamic, refined geometries, and paired with an iron base, available in two heights. The thin thicknesses, achieved thanks to the bevelled and rounded edges, give it a light and sinuous design.
