How international delivery works

Most of our international clients opt for kerbside delivery, making local arrangements for installation. However, depending on your location, we can often provide a full turnkey delivery and installation service for a seamless, end-to-end experience.

Please note: International orders cannot currently be completed through the online checkout. Instead, our team will coordinate your request with our global logistics partners and provide a personalised quotation—ensuring the most efficient and reliable service is arranged on your behalf.

Delivery is quoted individually based on your destination, order size, and preferred level of service. Once your selection is confirmed, our team will provide a tailored quotation.

Duties, taxes, and local import fees are not included and may be payable directly to your local customs authority.

Yes. All website prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and include UK VAT at 20%. If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, VAT will be removed from your quotation and clearly shown on your invoice.

Most international deliveries are subject to import duties and taxes, which vary by country. These charges are payable directly to your local customs office prior to delivery. We ship under Incoterms® 2020 (DAP – Delivered at Place) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Once dispatched from our UK warehouse:

Air freight typically arrives within 1–2 weeks
Road freight (UK & Europe) also delivers within 1–2 weeks
Sea freight (for larger or consolidated orders) usually takes 4–6 weeks

Yes. While we typically consolidate orders to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery, we can arrange for items to be shipped separately upon request. Additional charges may apply.

Yes. Due to the cost of crating, insurance, and global transport, a minimum order value of £2,500 (excluding VAT) applies to all international orders.

Absolutely. We will keep you updated throughout the production process, and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a personalised confirmation from our team. We remain your direct point of contact throughout delivery to ensure everything arrives exactly as expected.
