When a product is labelled as ‘made to order’ on the product page, this signifies that the item is not readily available in our UK warehouse. Instead, this item will be meticulously crafted specifically for you. Upon completion, the product will be shipped to our UK warehouse, ready for its onward journey to your chosen destination.
Production timescales
The delivery time indicated on the product page serves as an estimated timeframe for your item’s arrival. Please note that these lead times are approximate guidelines and may be subject to change. You will receive a more accurate delivery date via email within 10 days of your order being processed, allowing you to plan accordingly.
Can a ‘made to order’ product be customised?
Many of the brands we work with offer the possibility to customise products in terms of finish, size, or colour. While customisation may extend the production time, it’s a minor concession for the novelty of owning a piece that is truly unique to you.

Upon the completion of production, your items will be delivered to our warehouse here in the United Kingdom. Once everything has been carefully checked over by our in-house quality inspection team, you will be contacted either by phone or email to arrange a convenient delivery date.
