Urban Armchair by Giorgetti
Urban unites the design of various periods with an industrial and contemporary architecture. A timeless collection which mixes past and contemporary and where design and colours are in a metropolitan style. Comfort is represented by the softness of the cushions filled with goose down. The frame is in solid walnut canaletto wood, while the feet and the inserts of the front legs are in shiny black nickel finished metal. The fabric or leather upholstery is completely removable and is available in one colour or two colours with the external side in leather and the cushions in fabric or leather.
There are other fabrics and leathers available for the Urban Armchair – please contact us for details.

The products of Giorgetti are drawn from processing techniques tied to cabinet work traditions and the use of state-of-the-art technologies; this allows Giorgetti to make quality products that maintain their own distinctive characteristics. Therefore, any apparent irregularities – such as differences in colour, in the structure, in the size and materials that they are made of – are not to be considered defects, rather peculiarities that make the product unique and special. Rigorous quality controls are made on the entire production line. During their machining the raw materials are subjected to thorough quality and performance tests at every step. The finished product undergoes an accurate performance test and an equally thorough comparison test is made with its original design. Living the Giorgetti space means knowing precious materials, loving innovation and tradition, choosing a unique and personal style, knowing how to present something which tells its own story. Elegance is the summing of ‘pleasure and value’.
Leather – Thanks to the careful selection, it gives an important contribution to the enhancement of the upholstery produced with the elegance of a tailor-made, customised garment: seats, armchairs, easy chairs, sofas and beds. The collection now includes new selected colours – the so-called “classics” and some more fashionable shades. All the colours easily match with the fabrics in the collection.
Tinto – This fabric is soft to the touch, thanks to the chenille thread in the weave, as well as also beinmg sturdy. With a warm and enveloping appearance, it is associated with a yarn in the weft which allows obtaining a three dimensional effect of colours, it is offered in different shades, all highly refined.
Penny – This fabric has a variegated look due to the combination of light viscose and brown linen fibres, which are then given their colour in a single dye bath. Soft and smooth, it has a pleasant touch. It also features reflective highlights and a diagonal with slight colour contrasts for a three-dimensional effect.
